Challenge
Needed a fast, multilingual website that follows the official main page style while clearly presenting both countries to the Japanese audience.
Solution
Studied other national EXPO websites, designed and implemented internal pages within the required visual framework, added Japanese localisation, optimised performance and implemented basic SEO.
Result
Around 4,000 monthly visitors, several qualified investment enquiries, average page depth of 3–3.25 pages and 3–3.5 minutes average session duration.
