The previous platform limited customisation and feature rollout; mobile UX and performance were weak, while catalogue included ~500 complex products and 5,000+ variations.
Solution
Kept the proven structure and logic of the existing store, refreshed the visual style, added English for the UK market and strengthened lead generation (contact forms, catalogue requests, product enquiry forms, multiple sales channels). The mobile version was redesigned as the primary channel, with strong focus on Core Web Vitals and load speed.
