The previous loyalty platform blocked feature development, had UX and security issues and no mobile support, with ~100,000 product registrations and mostly female audience (≈95%).
Challenge
Outdated platform, inconvenient and poorly designed UX, weak mobile experience, slow loading speed of some pages.
Solution
Redesigned the platform UX/UI on Laravel in line with the NAOS brand book. Added engagement features: forum, polls, promos, personalised flows (skin type/problems), expert Q&A. Implemented gamification and monthly product campaigns tied to bonus points. Paid special attention to infrastructure and data security.
Result
User base grew by >55% to 45,000+ users over a few years, with 10–15% of users active daily.
