Cold sales and telemarketing management platform for a Swedish group of companies.
Challenge
The task was to develop an MVP version of a cold sales management platform for the Swedish market with support for importing companies from Excel, statuses, change history, roles, and VoIP telephony integration.
Solution
We created an MVP platform on Laravel within 4 weeks, completing all necessary integrations and developing the functionality required by the client: distributed roles and users, statistics and dashboard, one-click company import, and audit of changes to each lead in the list. We also fully integrated Telia's VoIP telephony into the platform, so that the client only needs to press one button to make an automatic call.
Result
The platform is actively used, developed and supplemented with new features. Currently, there are more than 30,000 leads, more than 20 sales managers and increased sales in the company from the systematic use of the new tool.
