Logistics brand (B2B) operating across Lithuania, Germany & Uzbekistan needing a simple, integrable way to track trucks without hardware GPS installations.
Challenge
Existing market solutions required installing GPS trackers and licensing heavy software — overkill and too costly for smaller logistics companies.
Solution
We designed and built a cross-platform app where tracking is based on drivers’ phone GPS, plus a web dashboard with a live map for customers. The platform supports multiple languages (Lithuanian, Russian, English) and was fully prepared and published in the App Store and Google Play.
Result
In the first 6 months, the client acquired initial paying customers, over 50 drivers signed up and the app reached 100+ downloads, validating the product concept.
